Carolina’s Background
Compassionate advocate. Client-centered support. Driven by service.
As a Legal Assistant in the Employment Prelitigation Department at Carter Law Group, I work closely with clients who are navigating some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. My goal is to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident that they have a team truly fighting for them.
As the daughter of immigrants who came to the United States in search of a better future for our family, I was raised with strong family values, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others. From an early age, I found purpose in serving my community through volunteer work with churches, orphanages, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers for individuals struggling with addiction. Those experiences shaped my belief that meaningful advocacy starts with empathy, patience, and genuine human connection.
I began my legal career in immigration law, inspired by my own background and a desire to help individuals and families pursue opportunities and stability in this country. Over the course of more than five years in immigration law, I managed complex cases with care, organization, and attention to detail while helping clients navigate life-changing legal challenges with guidance and support.
I later transitioned into employment law, where I now assist individuals who have experienced discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other forms of unfair treatment in the workplace. I am passionate about helping clients feel heard and supported while ensuring their cases move forward efficiently and thoughtfully.
At Carter Law Group, I assist with client communication, case organization, and prelitigation support. I believe that strong advocacy is built on trust, responsiveness, and compassion, and I strive to make sure every client knows they are not facing these challenges alone.
What inspires me most about Carter Law Group is the firm’s unwavering commitment to its clients. This team goes beyond simply providing legal representation — they advocate with determination, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I am proud to be part of a firm that shares my values and my passion for helping others.
