Ethan Green is the tech mind behind the curtain making sure our legal systems run smarter, faster, and smoother. As our Legal Tech & Automation Assistant, he bridges the gap between engineering brilliance and everyday operations—bringing structure to chaos and automation to everything we possibly can.

Ethan joined CLG after earning his degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and hit the ground running. He’s fluent in Python, Java, C++, and translating “how do we make this easier” into actionable tech upgrades. From automating invoice flows and syncing payment platforms to streamlining internal workflows in Filevine and Lead Docket, Ethan is helping us build the tech backbone of a modern, mission-driven law firm.

Before joining CLG, Ethan led both warehouse operations and e-commerce development at Lockout Supplements, where he used data and code to eliminate bottlenecks and improve customer experience. He also brings leadership chops from coordinating youth sports camps with the Frisco RoughRiders—proof that he can keep 90 kids organized and write clean code.

Whether he’s solving bugs, mapping a new automation process, or helping attorneys figure out how to un-break their inboxes, Ethan brings curiosity, calm, and just enough sarcasm to survive in a law firm.

When he’s not at work, he’s probably tinkering with a side project, learning a new programming language, or figuring out the fastest way to get to the good part of a user experience.
